We cordially invite everyone interested in digital art and the demoscene community in Portugal (and beyond) to visit Inércia 2026, which will take place this year from 4 to 6 of December, with the support of Câmara Municipal de Almada, at the Salão de Festas da Incrível Almadense in Almada.

We asked our friends from the Slipstream group to create an invitation in the form of a demo, which was officially released this past weekend and can be viewed here.

From the 3rd to the 24th of October 2026, the exhibition Demoscene – Algorithmic Art will be open at Oficina de Cultura in Almada, organised by Associação Inércia with the support of the culture department of Câmara Municipal de Almada.

Under the articles 14 and 18 of the general internal regulations of ASSOCIAÇÃO INÉRCIA, I hereby summon the associates for the General Assembly.

As it is an election year, from now on the General Assembly Board is available to receive and validate candidacies for the electoral act that will take place during the General Assembly meeting, on February 28, 2026. The lists will be published two weeks before election day.
